Eviction Wildlife Pros, LLC specializes in humane wildlife removal and prevention services in Virginia. Our Services include but are not limited to:

  • Inspection and assessment of wildlife intrusion

  • Humane trapping and removal

  • Exclusion repairs to prevent future entry

  • Infestation cleanup, sanitation, and disinfecting

  • Insulation removal, repair, and replacement

3. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled by calling 276-235-0246 or through our online booking system.

  • Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 72 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of deposits or additional fees.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Trapping and Removal Services: Full payment is required upfront before the start of the service.

  • Insulation, Infestation Cleanup & Disinfecting, Exclusion Repairs, and Related Services: A minimum of 50% down payment is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due immediately upon completion of services.

  • Late Payments: A late fee of $100 per day will apply to unpaid balances starting 24 hours after the completion of services.

5. Refunds & Deposits Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the service for reasons unrelated to the client (e.g., legal restrictions, unforeseen circumstances).

  • If the client cancels after 72 hours but before work begins, the deposit may be applied as a credit toward future services at our discretion.

  • If a service is terminated due to the client’s non-cooperation, failure to provide access, or other breaches of these Terms, no refunds will be issued.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Access: Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property for inspections and service execution.

  • Disclosure: Clients should inform us of any known hazards, such as the presence of dangerous animals, hazardous materials, or structural issues.

  • Customer Cooperation: Clients must follow all recommendations provided by Eviction Wildlife Pros, LLC regarding sanitation, repair, and prevention measures. If a client refuses recommended exclusion repairs, cleanup, or preventive measures, we are not liable for any recurring wildlife issues. Clients must ensure pets, children, and valuables are secured before work begins.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand by the quality of our Services and offer warranties on exclusion repairs and certain other services. Specific warranty details, including duration and coverage, will be provided in the service agreement or upon request.

8. Service Limitations & Force Majeure

  • Wildlife Re-Entry: While we take every reasonable precaution to prevent wildlife re-entry, we do not guarantee that wildlife will never return, unless covered under a specific warranty.

  • Unforeseen Conditions: If severe weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances (including labor shortages or supply chain issues) prevent us from performing services as scheduled, we will notify clients and reschedule as soon as possible.

  • Client-Induced Delays: If a client delays service completion beyond 7 days of the scheduled work due to lack of communication or access, we reserve the right to charge additional fees or terminate the agreement without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, Eviction Wildlife Pros, LLC is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by wildlife after Services are rendered, unless covered by a warranty.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our Services.

  • Issues arising from client-provided misinformation or failure to adhere to our recommendations.

10. Use of Website

  • Content: The content on our Website is for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use or reproduction of Website content is prohibited.
